In the last articles I went into great details about Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and how some of the greatest athletes of our era are using it to full potential.
This article will be all about telling you how you can use this amazing power resource and bend it to your will.
Ok so first thing’s first….why should you learn NLP in the first place?
Human Beings are seemingly very complex creatures….but when you look deep into it…that complexity disappears.
At the end of the day we are all governed by our mind….our mind is where all the impulses flows from.
Our mind creates us…our minds destroys us.
To conquer your mind is to conquer your essence as a human being.
What I want to offer to you, via my coaching, is the art of conquering your mind.
I want you to learn how to conquer your impulses so that you can move on from any heartbreaks and let go off all your negativity.
I want you to stop choosing the wrong man and finally prepare yourself to get Mr. Right.
So how does NLP help here?
I have already given a very brief description of how it works in the last article…in my program I will teach you this concept in detail.
For now, allow me to give you an example.
This is a story that a mentor of mine told me when she was explaining NLP to me.
There was once this author who used to write brilliant articles.
A young man got intrigued by him and begged him to take him under his wing. He wanted to learn the author’s tricks and become a great author himself.
But what he saw shocked him…because the author didn’t really have any secret weapon or technique.
He just sat down with his pen and paper writing away..and when he was stuck he used to go out and walk around the garden.
After a 10 min walk he used to start writing again.
The young student was understandably confused and finally gathered up enough courage to ask the author.
“Why do you keep going to garden when you are stuck?”
The author simply replies: “I go to the garden so that I can be great again.”
And this simple story explains NLP in a beautiful way.
In NLP we have a concept called “anchoring”.
When a particular object, place or sensation reminds of a particular emotion then its called an anchor.
Let me give you an example…suppose you had a song that you used to listen to a lot with a particular person.
Afterwards when you listen to that song you inadvertently think about that person again.
The song becomes an anchor.
So let’s go back to the story…for the author that walk around the park became his anchor.
He just knew that after a short walk he would write great prose again.
Sometimes it really is that simple!
In my program I will help you master the science of NLP.
So that you never need to feel hopeless or lost ever again…so that you can always function at your best.
Anyway I am done for the day..in the next article I shall tell you about one of the chief vices that most women go through after divorce…
Prevention is better than cure after all..
See you soon!
